2023
NIUSIA founded in Tokyo
Yukihiro Kashiwaguchi founds NIUSIA CO.,LTD. with a mandate to apply large-language-model research to Japan's rapidly ageing society.
2024
Care-Call.AI (Japan) launches
The original Japanese-language wellness-call service ships to its first Tokyo and Osaka facilities. Within six months it is placing thousands of calls a week.
2025
English-first expansion
A forked, English-first product is built for the US Assisted Living market. HIPAA compliance, Stripe billing, and Twilio Elastic SIP Trunking come online.
2026
Care-Call.AI Global goes live
Care-Call.AI launches publicly at care-call.ai for US facilities, families and home-care agencies.
