Create an account with Google, add your facility details, then enter each resident you want to enroll — name, phone, preferred call time and two-party consent status. We automatically assign a local phone number in your country so every call feels familiar and trusted. Most facilities finish this step in under 10 minutes.

Step 02

The AI calls every resident, daily

At each resident's preferred time, Care-Call.AI places a warm, English-speaking wellness call via Twilio. The OpenAI Realtime voice engine holds a natural 3-to-10 minute conversation about sleep, meals, mood, pain and anything the resident wants to share.

Step 03

Review reports, act on alerts
