This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies we use on Care-Call.AI, and how you can manage them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device to store information. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. When this Policy says "cookies", it covers all of those.
2. We use cookies only when strictly necessary
Care-Call.AI is a B2B service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or behavioural advertising pixels. The cookies we do use fall into two categories: strictly necessary and first-party analytics.

4. No advertising, no sale of data
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, or any other third-party advertising tracker. We do not sell or share data collected via cookies. We do not engage in cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by CCPA/CPRA.
5. How to control cookies
Because our only cookies are either strictly necessary or first-party analytics, we do not show a consent banner. You can still control cookies through your browser settings:
- Block or delete cookies from care-call.ai in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge via Settings → Privacy → Cookies.
- Use private / incognito mode, which discards cookies at the end of the session.
- Enable "Global Privacy Control" in your browser; we honour it by disabling our first-party analytics cookie.
Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the dashboard.
6. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our cookies or applicable law. Material changes will be posted to this page with a new "Last updated" date.
